The Thursday before Christmas weekend, I had to call TXN remodeling, because a limb had fallen on my fence and it was beyond repair. I sent Keith some pictures and measurements and within 30 minutes he was able to quote me a price, which was lower than the 2 previous quotes, plus no one could come out and rebuild it till after New Year. I called Mr. Perez and accepted his price, but like previous calls, his workers were off for the next few days. I pleaded with Keith to please ask his guys to fix my fence asap. I have 4 small dogs which would run out of my gate. As soon as they realized the fence was broken. I received a call within minutes that he was able to get his crew out to my house to replace my fence. They arrived by 8am and by 5p they were done. As a pet owner, I was so pleased that they were able to get the job done, and a great job at that. Mr. Perez came out to inspect the fence making sure they had done quality work.
